So...I am sitting here and it's 4:30 my time and I'm laying in bed. DS got us up at 2:30 and I've been up since. I am posting from my IPhone, so I don't wake my DH up. I am hoping I will soon fall back asleep, but I don't know if that will happen or not.

Well, I am going to check the rest of the boards to try to make myself tired. Ttyl!

Hope you get back to sleep

I just love this day!
The sun is shining!
The birds are singing!

Feels like waking up after a long winter
I hope all the snow melts away today..

Hope everyone have a GREAT Tuesday! =}

That sounds delish! I love leg of lamb and all the trimmings. I bet the Easter eggs were easy to find in the snow, or did you leave them white???

No..
Maybe hunting was the wrong word.
I hide them in the house =]

Tradition was that the egg is in their bed when they
wake up Saturday morning.

Last year The Easter Bunny put them backyard in a nest he made

But this year the kids wanted me to hide them so they have to
look for clues to find them. (I write notes) =}

xmas365, I love the Santa in the Boston uniform. Awesome.

Didn't get to read all of yesterday's posts, must kinda skimmed. I will catch up tonight. Have a great day, everybody!

Good evening,

Work was not busy customer wise, but I had plenty of projects to keep me busy. Easter was a great day, JP woke up at 4:30am, so sleep was a hot commodity yesterday, we went to bed at 1am the night before. We went to bed just after 8pm because we were so tired Dinner was yummy, the sirloin roast tasted great, I cooked it too long though, the turkey was great, as usual. My m-i-l makes the best turkey. The Easter Bunny was great to the kids, they loved everything.

Day off tomorrow, got to get the house ready for my sister and niece and nephew coming up from S.C.

Have a great night!!

P.S. Snowflake, we have posted about everyone getting together a few times, we have even selected a place to meet: Santa Claus, Indiana. I would love to meet everyone at some point, it would be a lot of fun.

oh, i agree. i would love to meet My beautiful Christmas family!!!!!!!!!:sparkle:

good a.m. ya'll!! man have i missed ya'll!!
we had a really good time w/ my sis, bil, niece, & nephews, & it was great to see my mama since she's been down there about 3 weeks now. i'm used to seeing my mama every day.
my sister is doing good. she still has pain & discomfort but God is good...all the time & i know has healed her body. she is having problems w/ her other leg now. i'm hoping it's from the surgery but her doc has said it is burcitis. (wrong spelling?) my bil & niece have been so good to her & taking such good care of her & of course our mama. she is so blessed to have them w/ her as she recovers.
we were so busy there. we were trying to do things for her she can't do, like taking the cover off their pool, getting her screen porch cleaned & ready for summer, repotting plants that were root bound in their pots. i would walk back to my niece's house in the evening & would be so tired but i tried to keep up w/ the countdown. undrtakr told me when i posted some mountains & sun were in the background, not sure why but i wasn't on my computer, i was using my niece & nephew's. & om goodness, my niece & nephew are so precious. they were so kind to us, they even gave us their bed to sleep in. my 7 & 11 yr. old nephews are, unfortunately, getting older & into their own thing. ya' know it's not cool hanging w/ your aunt & uncle. physically i can't do alot of the things they're into, like sports. arthritis is a beast!!!! our diet didn't go too well there either. we indulged a bit too much but now we will get right back on track. oh how i miss them all!!!!
speaking of missing...i missed you guys alot. ya'll really do feel like family to me!
hubby & i are on vaca this week. we both have dental appt.s this morning. why is it, i always feel like a kid taking a test when i go to the dentist? i hope the weather is nice this week. hubby & i have alot we're wanting to get done around here.

love, hugs, & smiles to each one of you!!!!!!:gift:

I hear you about rejection Christmasstar ! You are an AMAZING person, so talented, so wonderful and beautiful.....Someone is going to get a gem when they get the smarts enough to hire you ((Hugs))

you are making me cry! Thankyou for your kind words. Last night I was feeling really low, but am better now with a new determination to get out there and try again.

Good Morning, Everyone.

Ready for a new day?
More importantly, ready for a new count figure??

Well, ready or not, here it is:
Days to the Season: 216
Days to Christmas Day: 258
Day after tomorrow, Folks -- we will be down to 2 weeks to the 200-day Season Window.
And TOMORROW we reach the 2 week mark to the 1/3 Christmas Day Milestone.
Sweet!

We started out at a chilly 51 degrees this morning, but with highs expected in the low to mid 70's, we should have one last good day before colder weather returns for a spell.
(It's really been a great early Spring so far!)

You have a Terrific Tuesday, Everybody!
Keep that Christmas light shining and may the supportive spirit of the Season be with you.

Good morning, MMC!

Have a beautiful day!!!!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be a cool day here in central Indy with a high near 50 degrees. This constantly changing weather has my allergies going crazy. I have to much to do today though to let that get to me. So I'm off to the grocery store and then I have to head out to my sister's to babysit for awhile. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Tuesday, everyone ... not the best day in the week, but at least there's only one more day until Pinesday. A little groggy and a little blue this morning, but maybe that'll improve as the day wears on!

xmas365, I love the Santa in the Boston uniform. Awesome.

Could you link back to this, please? I missed it!
(Never mind, just spotted it below! It IS awesome!)

Good morning,

Just sitting here listening to some Christmas music before I undertake cleaning and laundry duty, our boys, Whirlwind and Typhoon, go right behind us and mess up what we clean up, so it is best to get it done when they are not here. I don't have much other plans for the day.

Why is Christmas music so relaxing?

I will probably pop in and out throughout the day, enjoy your Pines Day Eve!

:wiggy:

Thank you.
At least they pulled out a good come from behind win last night, I am still a worried about the team this year though.

I also warned my wife last night that the NHL Playoffs start this week, and my Bruins defense of the Cup, so I have a feeling there will be a lot of late nights in my future. cheesy

dancing with the stars is almost done and so am I!

applied for a couple more jobs, will see what happens.

I am praying for you, I am sure something will happen soon with a job.

I agree with you. I would have taken her somewhere else by now but my sister wants to wait and see what the neurologist says on the 17th.

Let's just hope and pray he has an answer this time!

Thank you.

Well they are going up against my Caps!!! Of course they haven't been playing very well this season, so who knows what will happen.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

When I got home yesterday afternoon, I found my son and a buddy of his jumping in the pool...it was in the 70's yesterday! I thought they were crazy, but they had been at track practice and were hot & tired. Their teeth chattered for a few minutes, but they acclimated quickly. I still theink they're crazy. :D

My son had to be at school at 7:30 this morning, for early detention due to too many tardies. They should have made Nancy stay, too! She's the one who waits till the last minute to take them! I didn't say that out loud, did I?

Today is Tuesday, so Elizabeth comes to my office this afternoon!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

It all depends on what goalie gets hot at what time, that is why I love the NHL playoffs, it is such a crap shoot.
