I am ready to say the same thing. I already have the jammies on and am looking forward to some TV time! TTYT

Good night everyone!

The first segment was pretty good. The second segment was okay. The third segment was just boring.

I saw after the race that Matt Kenseth said he just didn't understand it. No one wanted to pass in that last segment. I agree with him. It was just weird. It was like no one wanted to go for the win.

I have a feeling that Thursday's races are going to be wreckfests though.

Kinda sad....the two best races of the year will be on Thursday....in my opinion....

Such a strong man you are!!!

Well, it's tough...but somebody's gotta do it!

I eat sour stuff like this rather sparingly, but I do like Gummi Worms! When I eat popcorn, though, I prefer chocolate, such as M&Ms!

I agree!

My Dad got me into sweet & salty snacks together, too. Always followed with a soda! Yum!!

Spent a unique evening watching a movie Buster Keaton made in Mexico in 1946. All the dialogue was in Spanish, and there were no subtitles on the DVD. We don't understand Spanish, but we could follow the plot fairly well, though, and the sight gags didn't need translation. Something about his being mistaken for a murderer, then he and another murderer are spared if they agree to go to the moon in an experimental rocketship. There was a hilarious moment when someone whispers something in Keaton's ear warning him of the danger of landing on the moon, and he responds in English, "Oh, the h--- with it!" We also have an English-dubbed video of it somewhere---we'll watch that sometime and figure out the parts we couldn't understand.

Still up doing laundry. I have to get up early too to get the oils changed in the car and run to the pharmacy. It's actually cold here..it's 29F right now low expected to be around 25F but it looks like a great week ahead. Pollen is still falling,it started around jan 15th which I am sure is a record around here. anyway it is a short week this week. Have a great night everyone...oh and ps I read where mindy mcready committed suicide...very sad indeed!

Sad news indeed. There seems to have been a lot of tragedy in their family of late. My prayers are with the children.

I just read that country singer Mindy McCready has died. So young, so sad. And she has two young boys. Praying for them, her friends and family. RIP.

Good morning!
We woke up to it snowing and my boys have been out playing in the backyard for a while..
But it started to rain so now we are having lunch.
Hope YOU have a great day! :snowball:

I'm serious....I think we should have a four day work week and a three day weekend....the first day of the weekend you could spend getting all your groceries and cleaning your house...the next two you could relax....

Brad, you are the group politician.....can you do this for us?

Good Morning.

Well, here we are once again at yet another Monday.
The weeks come and go like ghosts.

And the rapid advancement of our count can be a bit spooky, too:
Days to the Season: 268
Days to Christmas Day: 310
As of tomorrow, Folks -- we arrive at SINGLE DIGITS to the 300-day Christmas Day Window, through which we will be gazing upon a double-200's count.
(Can that really be true? Already??)

Well, we sure started out cold yesterday and it took a bit for the ice to melt. Fortunately, there wasn't much of it to begin with.
Today should be sunnier and somewhat warmer.
For now, we are starting out at a right chattery 22 degrees here in the capital city.

You have a Marvelous Monday now, y'hear?

I don't know, I just read it when someone leaves it hanging about in the breakroom.

I have read that one somewheres and liked it. I get Good old Days, looking back, country farm and ranch and a couple of others that I read. I really enjoy the storues from the older generations, the old photographs, wanted section, etc... I like that feeling of staying connected to our past and well it's sort of educating yourself about how people lived, how they did things, family life, etc... It was a harder way to live but yet simplier, less overwhelming...

Well I got mom to work and now I have to ride with my sister to the north side of Indy. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
