Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I have a three-day weekend coming up, and it's supposed to rain all weekend. Oh, well. More time for the Xbox, right? Still, today is another beautiful one, going to be sunny & 75°. I want to go fishing!

Forgot to mention ... the Kindle was still half-price at the local Staples, so I got one for myself. Yay! I may keep the old one as a backup.

Thank God we have had such an improvement in his health over all. The doctor was pleased at our last visit but wanted us to continue with the preventer inhaler on a daily basis. She will see him again in a few weeks to see how is doing. He has been eating better, gained back the weight he lost and is in better spirits (mischievous) I am so glad we turned a corner and hope we continue on the positive. Thanks so much for asking.

Thanks to everyone who gave me so many shoulders to lean on during that rough patch. I appreciate you all

I am off to my son's recital. Luckily it's scheduled just before they finish for the day so I can pick them both up and bring them home after.

Watch using your new Kindle with it charging. The position of the cord and you holding stresses the charge port and makes em fail.I read a article on them and it was admitted that they positioned it this way to make em break. I had 3 fail but still under warranty before I learned this.

Another tough night here, Miss Harlowe was up & down coughing, and anxious.
Now I get to go shovel, even though we pay a large monthly fee that covers it-they probably won't be here until after i go into work, so if I want to get out I'll need to.
Plus I want it to be safe for when Reggie comes by.Then again, it will probably still be snowing.

Good morning!

It is drizzling out right now. Yesterday saw rain, snow, sleet and ice, but after all the precipitation had fallen, there was only around 2 inches of heavy mess out there. The storm warning is now a Winter Weather Advisory, so it appears to be clearing out of the area fast. Yay! Saturday should see the ground clear once again.
Projects on tap for today, including food prep for tomorrow.

Made it to work (dang it! ) Driving to work at 5am is nice because there isn't much for other traffic. Not looking forward to shoveling. Hope everyone in the path of the storm is safe and warm and that everyone else has a merry day!!

Well after about a 10 day break, the rains resume today. We have been spoilt with the dry weather although it has remained cold. I hope we can get another dry spell sometime soon.

Today is our last day before our four day weekend start tomorrow! We are looking forward to it so much. Our schedules are often conflicting so it is so good for all of us to be off at the same time!

Thinking about everyone experiencing severe weather. Be safe out there.

Good Morning all my Christmas loving Friends !!!

Snow yesterday, ice rain this morning, schools closed buses cancelled, roads closed, what fun ! The kids will love the extra long weekend.
I am working today and then have the whole weekend off ...
Just mixing up a batch of sourdough bread so it will be ready to bake when I get home.
Tomorrow is already Good Friday, family coming on Saturday if the weather allows.

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Happy Thursday, Friday Eve, Holy Thursday anddddddddddd 9 months until the best day of the year (IMO) Christmas Eve! How's everyone doing today? Can't believe all the snow out in Wisconsin and Michigan. As my grams used to say "let it stay there." No offense snowflake and Sean and company! But I hope everyone is safe in the storm. I'm heading to work and looking forward to Easter weekend already. We have great plans to have lasagna, biscuits and pastries on Easter. Applebee's was great. Now I'm just looking to do this Thursday work thing...and speaking of I better get going.
