Good morning everyone, Happy Thursday!
It's going to be a beautiful day, sunny with a high of 82 degrees. I'm glad the weather is nice, my daughter drove out to Montauk last night. They're staying at Montauk Manor for a couple of days, rumor has it the resort is haunted! We'll see what happens...
Not too much going on here today. I already straightened up the house and started laundry. I have a couple of other chores to do around the house. My parents are coming home from their place in Pennsylvania this morning, I'm going to take a ride over this afternoon to visit them. That's about it for me.

Hi Martine,

I finally spoke to Dr. Bohl- she ran a cardiac pro DNP test yesterday-heart stress, muscle, etc. All in normal range! X-Ray showed that not much has changed! Labs looking pretty normal, too. Doesn't see any liver or kidney issues. She is actually pretty stumped & confused. She says all of these tests came back great however contradicting the murmur she can clearly hear, feel, and that we are seeing the symptoms of. Her heart is still enlarged, but X-Ray showed it hasn't significantly changed. I am over the moon, but also a little bit cautious and concerned as well. She said that she has exhausted every avenue on her end, and the next step would be seeing a specialist/cardiologist, and possibly doing an ultrasound to start with. She would have to refer us to one, the closest would be in the Twin Cities. She said it's not an emergency, but would be good to answer some questions and to make sure that we are treating this correctly. Maybe it's not CHF, but another heart disease? And quite possibly maybe a different medication would be more beneficial.

So I am very happy about this! But realize she still has heart disease, and need further clarification.
Maybe I can get that miracle

That is great news! I have been wondering what you found out!! I'm happy to hear there was no progression with her disease! Praying a specialist can give you some answers & bring relief to Miss Har! I wish the specialist was closer for you!

Thanks! He's 5 months old today (born on St. Patrick's Day). His first day home and he's following us like he's afraid we're gonna leave him or something. He just is getting used to his surroundings I'm sure. I need him to get more comfortable and not be worried that we're going to leave him. He's responding to his name already. It's been a good day...but I am tired.

Born on St. Patrick's Day, huh? You might be in trouble. Gracie was born on NYE & she's the party girl! Look out!

Happy Thursday all. Missed yesterday, but things were so busy from the time I got off until I just had to get some sack time. But they were things that just had to be done. I'm sure we have all been there. This week is nearly done for most of you and I hope it has been productive and pleasant.

Yes, it's true. Just SIX days from today, we will arrive at the 2/3 point to Christmas Day 2016 and enter the final third of that count.
Wow. This year has just raced by.
(And the 'Bers and Blossoms are just ahead!)


Like an annoying computer graphic loop, our hot and humid weather just keeps cycling around day after day with little to no let up.
More rain fell yesterday afternoon which didn't help much with the temperature and added to the humidity.
Today has commenced at 79 degrees here and we are hoping for perhaps a slight lessening of the oppressive conditions this afternoon.


Have a Thrilling Thursday, with an Expected Exciting Eve of the Weekend tomorrow, Everyone!
