Merry Pines Day!
I'm heading out soon, my daughter and I are going to pick up a book that was backordered at her college campus. We're going to stop at Staples afterward for some school supplies. I also promised her we'd go to Chipotle for lunch. Back home afterward to work on my daily chores and make lasagna for dinner. That's about it for me. Hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

I'm ready to feel the 'Bers tonight! Good afternoon, everyone!

It's another hot and humid day in Canada's Capital. I don't have a whole lot planned today. I brought some hockey jerseys in this morning to receive a logo and numbers. Our season begins next week. Hopefully the jerseys will be ready by then. If they are not, at least we have backups.

As for now, I have a bit of laundry to finish. I think I will go to the gym before 3. I also have my final fantasy football draft this evening. It's amazing that the NFL Season begins tomorrow. It will be great to see the NFL return!

Well, it's about lunch time. Hopefully everyone is having a great Wednesday. Looking forward to celebrate the 'Bers and the fact that we are nearing single digits away from reaching double double digits in the Christmas Countdown!

It's another hot and humid day in Canada's Capital. I don't have a whole lot planned today. I brought some hockey jerseys in this morning to receive a logo and numbers. Our season begins next week. Hopefully the jerseys will be ready by then. If they are not, at least we have backups.

We made it safely, and are taking a break.
The traffic was busy, and roads were wet but luckily no downpours on the trip up, just steady rain.

They say it's good to start them young w/ a bath, etc. so they get use to it. We took Gracie to the groomer when she was around 4 months old, just for a nail trim & a brush out to get her use to going to the groomer. Not sure if that made a difference, but she loves Kelly!
I hope Rollins adapts well to getting a bath!!

Well maybe next time he will react better. Our friend came over to meet him last night and he acted like he was his best friend within a few minutes. I will say he's friendlier than Nitro was.

It got so humid this afternoon...It is going to be close to 90 tomorrow and Friday. I am ready for fall!

It did!! At lunch I went out back to water the flowers on the patio & my sunglasses instantly steamed up! I worked up a sweat in 5 minutes of watering flowers. We have 90º this afternoon but feels like 98! We have a heat advisory until 6pm tonight.

Tomorrow we are supposed to go down to 83º the next 2 days & then down to the high to mid 70's for the weekend.
Stay cool!!!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Mid-week and it didn't take much effort at all. We have a high heat warning for today. I love extreme cold advisories but am not a fan of the high heat ones. I hope you all have an awesome pine day!

I agree with you. Love cold/winter weather. Dislike hot/summer weather. I can always put more clothes on but can only take so much off...

Whew. I'm tired. I moved the fridge, stove, chest freezer, washer, and dryer and scrubbed under them this morning while mopping the kitchen and bathroom. This whole cleaning before vacation thing is for the birds. Lol!!!
