And don't those DOUBLE DIGITS look nice?
(Scary, but nice!)
OK. Christmas Countdown 2017 Milestone marker number 13.
(And you had better sit down for this because it is only 8 days away.)
On August 14, we will be......hold on, now.......THREE-QUARTERS of the way to Christmas Season 2017!
Now, I know you aren't going to believe that, so I invite you to check out the chart at post number 1 of this thread.
(Already down to single digits. WOW!!)
Fairly warm here yesterday, but by the evening it felt much better so I waited until the last moment to mow the lawn and got it done just before darkness fell.
Today is predicted to reach 88 degrees for a high, with the humidity getting into the 60's so it might be a tad uncomfortable by this afternoon.
We currently are at 73 degrees here, and it's a bit cloudy.
Have a Super Sunday and a Really Rousing Remainder of your Weekend, Everybody!

Thanks Crown! Onward we march with the count through double digits!Good Morning, Folks!
A new week.
The first week of the rest of our count.
(Also, the first week with our Season count in double digits!)
Days to the Season: 98
Days to Christmas Day: 140
And Milestone number 13?
Well it's ONE WEEK FROM TODAY and it's the THREE-QUARTERS marker to Christmas Season 2017!
(Can you believe 3/4 already? I can't. Too soon. Just too soon!)
We have been settling into a pattern recently where it's pretty warm and humid during the afternoons but noticeably more pleasant after sunset.
Such was the case yesterday. Made for nicer neighborhood walking weather.
Today may see thunderstorms but our high is supposed to remain in the 80's.
We are at 75 degrees here right now, and a light shower has just passed.
Have a Marvelous Monday, Friends!
Merry Greetings!
I'm on holidays again. I mentioned previously that I have plans to visit my brother and I confirmed everything with him. I'm heading out tomorrow and leaving Toronto on Thursday. This will be the farthest I've driven without a passenger. I'm excited about it and decided to go the route that takes a bit longer, but is the easiest to navigate because there won't be so many left and right turns and searching for signs.
He's already lining up things for us to do. The weather here is calling for rain most of the week, but the weather in Toronto is showing sunny skies for my visit.
Today doesn't count as a vacation day because it's our Civic Holiday so I get a nice break, but it only counts as 4 vacation days.
My husband and O'Malley will have to get by on their own for a few days.
Thank you so much!! I hope your naturopathic doctor can help you out! They are amazing! This is very encouraging to hear. I started seeing a naturopathic doctor recently and he told me the same thing about our general physicians just treating the symptoms and not getting to the root of the problem. I'm so happy the appointment well! I will continue to keep the both of you in my thoughts and prayers <3
