Good Morning Halloween Friends! Another cold morning, but today we finally get into the 70's again for the next few days.

Folks, the season 2 premiere of "Chucky" was excellent and I have really been enjoying the show so far.

I'm looking forward to enjoying another gorgeous October weekend, it might be one of the last times I mow for this season. We will see. I know for sure I will have a few weekends just using the bagging tractor to do leaves.

DAYS TO HALLOWEEN : 24

Good Morning Halloween Friends. Happy Friday! Another gorgeous October day is on tap for today.

I think we are mowing grass for one of the last times this weekend. It has been a good season. We started mowing grass in April and now we are finally at or near the end of the mowing season. Every year when I am done mowing for the last time, I get sort of "sad" because I like mowing the grass. I have a big zero turn down at my Grandma's that I mow her grass with. I've always liked mowing grass all of my life. I used to help my grandpa mow when I was a little kid. They had riding mowers and he taught me to mow when I was about 9 or 10, and I have loved old tractors and mowing ever since then. So when the end of mowing season comes, it's sort of sad, even though I am only not mowing for about 3 months. So not so bad!

Heading into the weekend, It will be another great October weekend, but it will also be the last weekend of my life where we do not have our daughter here with us. Exciting and scary all at the same time.

Got so excited to see this this morning while shopping! They used to have one called "Orange Scream" and it tasked just like a creamsicle. Haven't seen that one in years so I'm assuming they discontinued it. But this vanilla one is good too.

I have all of my family and some co workers as well looking for these for me. I might end up with 8 buckets, but it’s not like I won’t put them to good use!!

DAYS TO HALLOWEEN : 23

Happy October Saturday! Today is supposed to be another gorgeous Fall day. 60 degrees and Sunny. We have a few days this week in the 70's, but then another cool weekend coming up next week. We have some nights in the 30's though, so today I am going to make sure I give our pellet stove a good cleaning, and make sure that I clean the chimney pipe as well. I don't want to be caught unprepared when the cold shows up "For good".

Good morning all!

It is nice and chilly this morning and will be chilly tonight. We are going to use our new firepit tonight which is going to be great. The Halloween music will be on while we sit around the fire (probably close to the fire with how chilly it will be).

Last night while driving to an away football game I saw several houses with really nice Halloween displays. It was nice to see because these houses were a bit out in the country.

Chilly here too. Last night I went to a local "Witches Night Out" with a friend. It was great, local stores and restaurants were decorated and had snacks and drinks and sales to celebrate. Many of the workers were dressed up, and I amazed to see how many of participants were decked out in their Witches garb, we were some of the only ones who were NOT dressed up! Next year I will definitely join in, at least with a hat and my striped socks! I did feel bad that it was so chilly that most people had to cover up their costumes with coats, it reminded me of many a Halloween!

So either Apple is sharing the rights with a different network (unlikely), or I'll have to pony up for an Apple TV+ subscription this year.

Or go back to my original plan of just investing in a Blu-ray player and buying all of the specials on disc...

Went to Witchapalossa last night. The play was campy and goofy and I enjoyed it. They did a lot of parodies of different songs and if I wasn't in the Halloween mood before, that sure did it for me. It was fun to see so many people dressed up as witches.
