I think you're right. I haven't seen any new "Halfway to Halloween" news yet this year. You'd think there would be at least a few more marathons and/or announcements.DAYS TO JOL DAY: 43

Good Morning Halloween Friends, and Happy Monday! Easter is in the rear-view mirror now, and Spooky Spring returns. It was a great Easter, and I had very strong Thanksgiving vibes, which came from everyone sitting around the table together.
Today's weather is supposed to be absolutely freezing. It's calling for snow beginning at about 8 AM, and we may receive a dusting with as cold as it is. Tomorrow night gets to freezing, and then insanely, it goes back up into the upper 70's and 80's to finish out the week.
Aside from Shudder, I do not think any of the other TV networks are doing a halfway to Halloween film marathon. It was awesome when they did it last year, and I was hoping that it would be the new "thing". We can dream. My Stephen King movie marathon to ring in Halfoween starts on Sunday!
Have a great day, friends! Spooky Spring marches on!
Tomato Blood. I love it! But I would check the date on the bottle before purchasing. As if we needed more evidence that this is in fact Spooky Spring, I was at the grocery store tonight and saw two very odd sights for April:
1. A party-sized tray of pumpkin rolls
2. Heinz ketchup in a bottle that said "Tomato Blood"
I neglected to snap pictures of either of these two things, mainly because I was looking for coffee and wasn't thinking straight at the time, but also because I figured, "It's MMC -- they'll know what I'm talking about." However, should you want photographic evidence, I have another trip planned for Wednesday.

Yep, that is the one. I feel like I need a bottle of it now. Spooky Spring wills it. After I check the date, of course.Tomato Blood. I love it! But I would check the date on the bottle before purchasing.

Mine is making it's debut too along with the skeleton head one. I am going to just make regular waffles.I guess it is time to plan my menu for Halfoween and make sure I have everything I need. I think my pumpkin waffle maker will be making its debut, but I can't decide if the first time needs to regular pancakes, or if I take a risk and try a recipe for pumpkin waffles.
