Good Morning Halloween Friends! Last night I dreamed of The Bers and I dreamt that I was lighting our pellet stove here. It was so real!

Folks, it's Wednesday, and you all know that every week Wednesday is when I start slowly looking forward to the weekend, but today is EXTRA special because everybody knows what tomorrow is. This evening is almost going to feel like going to sleep on July 31st, or maybe even the night before Thanksgiving. At long last tomorrow begins the 50 DAY PREVIEW OF THE BERS. This whole entire website is looking forward to it. And I know Edge is going to make it extra special for us like he always does.

We're almost at the mid point of the month. How is that July seems to be going by fast? I'll take it.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! At long last it is 50 DAYS TO THE BERS and we have began the 50 day preview over in the Daily Holiday Hangout thread.

These counts continue to look thinner and thinner, we will see our Days to Halloween Season count get into the 50's next week, as well as being down in single digits once again to JOL Day. I can't believe that there are only three of those left. Our very last JOL Day in September will take place in the heart of The Bers.

We've only got ONE count left that is still hanging on in triple digits, and even that one is not long for this world, we are within two weeks of flipping that one into double digits.

Folks it is a wonderful day. Thursday is always like my Friday. And it's made better by the fact that today begins the 50 DAY PREVIEW TO THE BERS. Today truly feels like a holiday. Go over and join in the fun there, and think some Halloween thoughts! Have a great day! The final 50 is here!

Excellent, I hope you see some fruit soon! We had some high winds and 1.5" of rain in a very short time yesterday. I lost a lot of blossoms and some of the leaves are looking pretty rough, but I am hoping they will bounce back.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Friday. Finally the end of another week. We will move past the halfway point in the month this weekend. Fall Pre-Season looms larger with every passing day.

Today is the special Halloween Sneak Peak at Bath & Body Works. I wonder what they will have today! No information online yet, or on the app, Holly checked last night. Whatever it is, is bound to be fun. I think this is a new thing, I never remembered them doing this last year. I'll be back to post updates on that later this evening after I go.

Good morning Halloween fans!

It has been a busy week which is why I have not been on here everyday. However, the busy week is over and today and the rest of the weekend will be nice and relaxing. Henry is at a running camp, so my wife and I have the house to ourselves.

We are going to a mall and some stores today. I am hoping to see some early Halloween items while we are out.

Isn't it amazing how close we are to August? Just over 2 weeks is all that is left of July.

I hope yours recover and bring you lots of pumpkins!
We have not had consistent rain at all. More of the really dry for several days and then a big downpour, and then back to dry for awhile. We are expecting rain tomorrow finally.

The pumpkin plants themselves are growing and growing. I am trying to keep them in the raised bed and not moving out into the yard. LOL
 
CVS has delivered, y'all! Stopped in there last night, and they already stocked the Brach's candy corn! Now, you could argue that candy corn is a "Fall candy" and not necessarily a Halloween candy...but does anyone really eat candy corn after Halloween? I guess there are probably some that do.

Either way, I fully expect CVS to continue with their early Halloween candy shenanigans again this year and have full bags out before the end of the month.
 
We decided to alter our plans today a bit and instead of going to the movie and shopping today, we are doing that tomorrow. Since today is all sunny and hot, we decided to get some yard stuff done and use the pool. Tomorrow is going to be rain and storms.

In any case, I was weeding the garden and discovered 1 small pumpkin starting to grow! Hopefully that is just the beginning!

5 of the 6 plants are looking okay, but the leaves on the 6th are still looking pretty sad. I hope your plants continue to thrive!
 
I'm back from the Bath & Body works Halloween sneak peek. I am so excited! I ended up getting my snake candle that I saw advertised earlier in the year!

There are several new fragrances I can't wait to try out this year - Moonlit Graveyard among them. Plus the fan favorites like Vampire Blood, Wicked Vanilla Woods, and Ghoul Friend are returning again. I love them all and hope they keep them "for good". I hate when something comes out that I like and then they end up not bringing it back the next season!
