Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Tuesday! Pat yourselves on the back because we have saw another countdown exit the 200's and enter 100's territory. Looking at you Fall Pre-Season!
I saw it mentioned yesterday that we will see Fall/Halloween items in the stores before Fall Pre-Season arrives. I know it's different slightly depending on where everybody lives, but I noticed it "starting" right after July 4th ended last year, we had the very beginnings of Fall and Halloween stuff in the grocery stores. So, that's around 175 days if I'm counting to the immediate days following July 4th!
Don't put away your milestone stuff yet, because we are going to do it again tomorrow when we reach 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON.

We start off this Wednesday with a milestone, 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON. I don't know if we have any newcomers to the thread this year, but Halloween Season is basically "officially" the start of when we are really in hardcore Halloween mode. Stores everywhere will have Halloween decorations and candy. This year we are kicking off Halloween Season on the same day that Autumn begins, due to how it falls on the calendar.
The next milestone that is coming our way now is indeed a big one, and that one is 100 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN, which will be here on Sunday!

These Halloween milestones in January are GREAT! I’m really getting excited for Spooky Spring this year. I need to start planning some stuff, though. I don’t really have a clear game plan yet, and I don’t want to be woefully unprepared like I was last year.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's finally Thursday, better known as "Mini Friday" in these parts! And I can see the holiday weekend up in the distance. It's not far away now!
We are one day from being TWO WEEKS away from JOL Day #1! And Tom Turkey day is in exactly one week, with Rudolph Day fallowing two days later! Our first "Trifecta" of MMC Special Days! And I'm so ready for them.
Today we are past the mid-way point of the month. A math/time whiz like Edge would have to let you know exactly what time it happens today, but I believe it is today. And that's a good feeling because January at times has felt kind of long.
Our next milestone in this thread will be on Monday when we hit 100 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN!

I was just thinking this morning that this week has to be the longest week ever in history. It is just crawling by. I’d guess because 1) It’s January, and 2) It’s the week before a long holiday weekend, so it’s going to take its time getting here.
I'm looking forward to that long weekend, but you're right, it's taking forever to get here.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Friday! I had to do a quick double-check on the "weeks" count this Friday morning. 36 weeks till October? Yeah that's a chunk still but a whole year is 52 weeks, and to think in a few more Fridays we will have been 20 WEEKS since October arrived in 2024, that's kind of jarring. Indeed, we will be a QUARTER of the way back to Halloween on January 30th!
We move right along in this Friday, a special one nonetheless as we are now approaching the mighty THREE DAY WEEKEND, which always feels like a Holiday. I know that Martin Luther King day is an actual Holiday, but 3 day weekend vibes share so much of the energy of our "Big 3". You can see from the counts above that we are now just TWO WEEKS from JOL Day #1! One week from today we will see the 250 DAYS TO OCTOBER milestone, and also coinciding with MLK Day, we will see the 100 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN milestone. Very exciting to think that we will see that count hit double digits next week!
