Tom Turkey Day is on my calendar now, and I'm excited that i get to celebrate it in September. It's only two days before my birthday! Fantastic!
It's been a hotter one this year than the last few CW!

COUNTDOWN TO NOVEMBER 2020: 62 DAYS
COUNTDOWN TO THE BERS 2020: 1 DAYS
Happy Final Day of August! Umm for the FINAL time I'm going to tell you all 3 counts. What? Tomorrow one of these counts disappears. I'm no magician. I'm just being honest. Here they are for the final time together in this thread: 87 days till Thanksgiving, 62 days till November and 1 day till THE BERS. I can't even say dayS. I had to take the s out. It's singular. TOMORROW folks is THE BERS. But today is a milestone as we bid farewell to our 9th month since November. Hard to believe August 31 is here. Our New Years Eve as I call it. Tomorrow is our next milestone and maybe the biggest one in this thread to be honest because it welcomes in THE BERS. Have a great Final Day of August!

It was decided to finish out this year with recognizing the 26th's of each month and start the new Tom Turkey Day celebrations in December for Thanksgiving 2021. But I love your enthusiasm fellow Thanksgiving lover!!!

Well crap, i totally misread your post about Tom Turkey Day. But no worries, this just means there is an "extra" Holiday in December, works for me!!!

We have 86 days remaining until Thanksgiving. We have 61 days left until November. We have...oh wait. NO MORE countdown to The Bers because we are HERE!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! We made it. And it is a milestone day with us reaching the 1st of our 3 destinations. And as great as the 2 destinations above will be...THIS is the one to enjoy the most. Because it will bring us ALL amazing things we love the most including the 2 dates listed above. The biggest milestone of the year is TODAY. HAPPY BERS EVERYONE. Have a great September Arrives!

We had Thanksgiving dinner this past Sunday with turkey and all the trimmings. The turkey was gone, not one bone left to chew on. I am excited about Thanksgiving and the "Bers; nicer weather, not so many bugs, cool nights and cooler mornings.

Happy September Mid-Week! We have a 2nd consecutive Bers Day here and it's raining both mornings. But who cares? We only have 2 counts left now. We are ENJOYING being in THE BERS right now. We will enjoy the following when they arrive: 85 days till Thanksgiving, 60 days till November. Our next milestone? That would be the 50-Day Marker to November which happens in 10 days from now folks. Mark it on your calendars 1 week from Saturday. Be here for it. Tomorrow is poll Thursday here. I'll have one set up for all of you to enjoy and partake in. I have to say it just feels so great being in early September knowing we're just starting up the best months. And Daylight Savings Time also ends in 60 days?
Daylight savings time is another "personal milestone day" that I celebrate. Last month i shared my personal milestone countdowns on Rudolph Day, i think people liked seeing them, so i am going to keep doing it.
Remember, we get Halloween for an extra hour this year!
Can't wait for official autumn but daylight savings time can go away FOREVER. Choose a time and stick with it like they do in Arizona and Hawaii; however, SolidSanke does have a point with an extra house on Halloween.............Did you also know that there's only 20 days until Autumn?

I am looking forward to Autumn! I will be glad when the time changes. I hate it being daylight at nearly 9 o'clock at night! Although, I would love for it to just stay that way and not flip flop back and forth!
