Thanksgiving 2020 Thread

LOL! I am sure that would solve that problem right away, yet add many others!
I have six turkey breasts and a ham that I bought at Organic Prairie. They never disappoint.
I've already eaten one of the turkey breasts and given another to a friend. The third will go to my brother and the last three will be had on Thanksgiving, Christmas and January 25. The ham will be cooked on Christmas Eve or New Year's eve. I'll take half the ham to my brother's.
Oh, the joy to have a man who would clean my kitchen. I used to be a perfectionist clean freak. I did have a cleaning service come Monday but the place seems cluttered with various projects.

COUNTDOWN TO THANKSGIVING 2020: 7 DAYS
Happy Week Till Turkey! This is the FINAL Thursday before Thanksgiving. Don't believe me? Look at the countdown. 7 days till Thanksgiving remain. Get this. We started with 52 weeks and now...our weekly count is down to 1 week till Thanksgiving. There are no other weeks after this. And there are no other milestones except for the final one which is our ultimate goal which is...Thanksgiving 2020. Now believe it or not this will be the last poll before Thanksgiving as well so let's look at it.
What are your Thanksgiving 2020 plans? Tell us in detail.
Here are mine: It's actually hopefully going to be a normal Thanksgiving for me which will consist of spending it with my immediate family, having turkey, watching the parade, watching football, cooking, laughing, eating, and relaxing. I couldn't ask for more if I get that.

Dinner with my family and in-laws, some football, and then laying on the couch trying to stay awake watching either the "new" Hobbit Movies, or Lord of the Rings!
My SIL, BIL and niece will come over around 2:30 or so for apps and Dinner around 4 or so. I will have the parade on in the morning, football in the afternoon and then we will watch some type of Christmas movie/show.
Donuts for breakfast, watch the parade, cook, dinner, football, more dinner, and Christmas specials on TV. I believe several are airing on Thanksgiving night this year.

Movie clip Thursday!! Some of the funniest Thanksgiving shows I have watched happen to be from Friends. Found a video of them. Who can ever forget Ross's "Moistmaker" sandwich episode.

Thanksgiving is in the air! Cant get it out of my head that come next Friday it all starts over again.
Pumpkin cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and then eager to see how coordinating the make ahead dishes goes with the day of must dos. Lunch around 1:00. CWs clip is making me think about watching a few Thanksgiving episodes- Friends, for sure, maybe the Gilmore Girls, New Girl, maybe even an old episode of MASH if I could find one! And enjoying the glow of the Christmas tree, of course!

Friday!! And pre-Thanksgiving weekend! There's magic in the air, folks! I can just imagine how it will feel when we all wake up on Monday, and its THANKSGIVING WEEK. We waited so long for it, ITS ALMOST HERE!!!

BUT we still have some count left to take care of. We have 6 days remaining until Thanksgiving. Well there's not much left to say except coming up is a very special weekend. It's a weekend Thanksgiving fans love. The final weekend before Thanksgiving has a special feel to it. Make sure we all take it in. I hope you all enjoyed the poll this week and thanks to CW for posting a video to give us a double header on the final Thursday before THE BIG DAY. That pretty much says it all. Yes...I always feel a bit sad but also excitement because we start decorating for Christmas the next day..
