2020 cannot die soon enough. Bring on 2021! I'm ready to start planning next Thanksgiving!

Me too!2020 cannot die soon enough. Bring on 2021! I'm ready to start planning next Thanksgiving!
I put my 2021 calendar up already!I usually enjoy turning the page on my calendar, maybe not so much in past years from December to January, but I do think it will be better this year and leaving 2020 behind, and being able to say "this year" will be fun!
I ate the last of our Ham n Bean soup last night. I had to toss in a bunch of tobasco, saltines and the last of the sweetcorn everybody was avoiding. I could barely eat anymore. I am good on ham until next Christmas now.No more leftovers.
Goodbye, Thanksgiving and Christmas meals...until next year.
We will miss those leftovers! No more leftovers.
Goodbye, Thanksgiving and Christmas meals...until next year.
You're always planning CW!I came across a recipe for leftover Thanksgiving that you put into cupcake pans. Looks like it would be a great way for the occassional way to get rid of big amounts. I have this happen at our Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner in July. Usually due to all the brisket and ribs I make.
Well done CW!"B" I didnt want to feel the usual Thanksgiving full fest.
Time to say THIS Thanksgiving instead of NEXT now. Happy New Year to all!
"C" for me. I always eat until it hurts. Sad I know. But it all tastes so good. I have no self control.DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 329
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 305
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 244
Happy New Years Eve! It's the last day of the year folks. But it's far from being the last day of the counts here for us. We look ahead to 2021 but first we finish 2020 with these 3 countdowns: 329 days till Thanksgiving, 305 days till November, and 244 days till The Bers. Tomorrow folks is our next milestone. That's right we start off the new year with a milestone here and that will be starting off and welcoming January which will be our 2nd month of 11 on our way back to November. Bring it on and let's all have a fresh start and a fresh new year. It's Thursday folks so I will give you my bi-weekly poll here. Here you go:
In terms of eating on Thanksgiving 2020, which best describes your eating habits this year?
A.) I ate MORE than I usually do on Thanksgiving this year.
B.) I ate LESS than I usually do on Thanksgiving this year.
C.) I ate about the SAME that I usually do on Thanksgiving this year.
D.) I don't even remember cause I just eat and don't pay attention on Thanksgiving what I'm eating!
For me the answer is C. I always am pretty consistent so I didn't really eat LESS or MORE than I normally do on Thanksgiving. I ate a good amount for sure. But I wouldn't say I went beyond crazy. What about you? Have a great New Years Eve!
