A lot to choose from!I hate polls that make me choose among my favorites. I love stuffing, but mashed potatoes and gravy are great and for the E, it is not exactly a side, but ham!

Yes it did sneak up a bit!Only 4 days until double digits?!
I must admit that snuck up on me.
Isn't it funny how we come here so often...almost daily....and those numbers still surprise us? I laugh at myself...but it happens often.Only 4 days until double digits?!

So true. I really do take the countdowns for granted. I look at the numbers every day, but somehow I'm still shocked when we hit a milestone.Isn't it funny how we come here so often...almost daily....and those numbers still surprise us? I laugh at myself...but it happens often.
And what a ride it has been! Back in February and March...and April...and May...and June...when I was complaining about how much longer we had to go, I never thought we'd reach this point where we'd be 18 days away from the Bers and Thanksgiving was encroaching upon us quickly. But here we are. Next year I really am going to attempt to slow down and enjoy "the ride" more. Someone mark that down as my New Year's Resolution.DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 103
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 79
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 18
Happy Summer Saturday! We move along here folks into the weekend. And you can see our 3 countdowns above look as follows: 103 days till Thanksgiving, 79 days till November, and 18 days till The Bers. Our next milestone is on Tuesday when we will reach the all-important 100 Day Marker Till Thanksgiving. That is only 3 days away now folks. But we need to enjoy our weekend first. And those counts certainly all look good on this Saturday. You notice The Bers count is moving along now through the teens. That’s a little scary if you ask me. But the good news is for all turkey fans we still have 100+ days to go until Thanksgiving so tons of time to enjoy the ride. And that ride, of course, really all starts with The Bers. But our ride began at page 1 of this thread last year on the day after Thanksgiving. And here we have come so far now into almost the middle of the month of August. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your weekend. Have a great Summer Saturday!
Again sorry for my tardiness, but definitely C for me!!!DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 105
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 81
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 20
Happy Dozen Days Of August! We move along here folks into Thursday and we look above at the 3 countdowns: 105 days till Thanksgiving, 81 days till November, and 20 days till The Bers. Our next milestone is on Tuesday of next week as we reach the 100 Day Marker Till Thanksgiving. That will be HUGE. But here and now we have a poll since it's every other Thursday. Here it is folks!
What is your favorite "side" of Thanksgiving dinner?
A.) Cranberry sauce
B.) Biscuits
C.) Stuffing
D.) Potatoes
E.) Other
For me? I'm going with A because I never eat cranberry sauce except on Thanksgiving. And it just makes the turkey taste so delicious. But I love all the sides. The sides really are the MVP of Thanksgiving dinner. Let me know your thoughts on your favorite side. Have a great Dozen Days Of August!
I was thinking the same thing, I was only away for 3 days and I was startled by the counts!Isn't it funny how we come here so often...almost daily....and those numbers still surprise us? I laugh at myself...but it happens often.

It does happen to us all!Isn't it funny how we come here so often...almost daily....and those numbers still surprise us? I laugh at myself...but it happens often.
