DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 171
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 149
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 88

Happy June Week! Today folks we have 171 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 149 days to go until November, and 88 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone(s) won’t happen for a while. No milestones this week or next week. But we will see the (official) Arrival of Summer to happen 2 weeks from Wednesday followed the very next day by Tom Turkey Day #7. Pretty awesome. Of course, here we have started our Summer Sweatfest. Fortunately, so far not a ton of sweating going on. I’m reading that it’s supposed to be mostly a cooler June for us. We’ll see. Some days we may stay in the 60s for highs and a lot 70-75 degree highs too. I mean that’s kind of cool for June. It’s what you hope for kind of like in January if you can reach 40+ degrees most days you take it and enjoy the “warm” January. It’s all relative obviously to the time of year that is occurring in. Now turkey fans today is Monday so let me give you our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. It now stands at a remarkable 24 weeks. Pretty awesome isn’t it? Pretty exciting too. Moving along through the 20s folks. We really are in June huh? Turkey fans I do hope your week gets off to a solid start. Best wishes to you and yours on this Monday. Have a great June Week!

I'm working on planting pumpkins too, so I have lots of Feels today! Have a great day!
Every time I check my pumpkins I feel a little bit of the Bers and can "see" them getting closer! I usually post my pumpkin updates on the Off-Season thread or the Halloween thread so I hope you will share updates somewhere so we can all live vicariously through one another's pumpkins!!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 170
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 148
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 87

Happy Just June! Today folks we have 170 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 148 days to go until November, and 87 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be back to back ones. So not one but 2 to look forward to which are the Arrival of Summer in 2 weeks + 1 day and the next day Tom Turkey Day #7 in 2 weeks + 2 days. We move along here in the early part of our Summer Sweatfest folks. Everyone check on CW. It’s not that hot yet CW. Don’t complain. Please. I know it’s going to come though. Just hopefully we’ll get breaks from it. It’s Tuesday folks so you know it’s Picture Day in this thread. Post all your Thanksgiving pictures and anything that makes you really think about our favorite most amazing day of the year which is Thanksgiving Day. I think maybe the best way to describe Thanksgiving Day is “The Most Perfect” Day of the year? I’m always trying to categorize these days and find what fits. Sometimes I still try to find the best way to describe it. Purest Day is another we’ve said. Best overall day. Etc. Now turkey fans whatever you call it you know you love it. And you know I love it. And you know we all love it. Enjoy your Tuesday everyone. I’ll be back to post some pictures hopefully tonight. Have a great Just June!

Happy Tuesday! I love seeing that Days to November count under 150 days now. Far away enough to not panic, but "close" enough to start getting more excited every day!

Today I am thinking about how much more fun grocery shopping is in November so I picked out some pictures of the market, they don't quite capture the magic but still fun...

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 169
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 147
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 86

Happy Week Into June! Today folks we have 169 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 147 days to go until November, and 86 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone(s) will be back to back in 2 weeks. It will first be the Arrival of Summer. That happens exactly 2 weeks from today. And then the day after it will be Tom Turkey Day #7. Big milestones later in June. But for now no milestones in sight. And we already are in summer mode here. We’re in our Summer Sweatfest here in June. And today we do our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

If you had to order fast food for Thanksgiving which would you order?

  • Burger place
  • Pizzeria
  • Fried Chicken
  • Tacos
  • I’m going with B. It’s tempting to go with C because chicken is the closest to turkey but I’m not as big into fried chicken as pizza. I love pizza. And pizza to me always fits a celebration mode fitting of Thanksgiving. How about you? Keep it real turkey fans. Have a great Week Into June!

I'm rolling with B on this one. It seems like an easy choice. I think last year was the first year we ended up having pizza during the week of Thanksgiving, and I remember how "right" it felt. I do agree, Pizzas are always a celebratory occasion.

Have a great day!
