Happy Superbowl Week! Today folks we have 290 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 268 days to go until November, and 207 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be the 200-Day Marker Till The Bers which will be 1 week from today. We move ahead here into this week of February with our eyes still on our Winter Wonderland time of year here in this thread. And it certainly felt like winter this weekend but as has been the case this winter it doesn’t seem to last long. Milder than average all week this week is predicted for my area. It’s Monday folks so our busy 4-day stretch begins here with our Weekly Countdown Till Thanksgiving Week which now stands at 41 weeks. This is kind of the quiet #. Last week was big having gone through 10 full weeks and next week will be big hitting a big round #. But turkey fans actually we don’t really have 52 weeks ever so we really have 51 (we don’t count Thanksgiving Week as a countdown we just enjoy being there). So technically since Thanksgiving Week ended we have completed 10 full weeks now. Yup so I guess 41 is a significant number more than I realized. And the next 2 will be huge for obvious reasons. Now for all you turkey fans who are ready to embrace a brand new week here in February I encourage you to consider a Turkey Superbowl! SS brought that up. If anyone does it I think they deserve an award. I hope you all enjoy your Monday. Have a great Superbowl Week!​

I'm not quite sure what we will be doing for Super Bowl Sunday this year. We honestly may not even watch the game. The teams involved just don't interest me. But I think the idea of taking the day and turning it into an impromptu Thanksgiving complete with turkey sounds pretty amazing! That may be something that I keep in mind for next year. That way, even if I don't care about the teams playing, I can just have the game on as background noise just like during the real Thanksgiving!

Happy Monday!! Well we finally got in a sled ride on Saturday. Ended up with just enough to not tear up the equipment. Today its hard to even see any snow after yesterdays sweatfest.

Happy Week Into February! Today folks we have 289 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 267 days to go until November and 207 days remaining until The Bers. Our next milestone will be in less than 1 week from now when we reach the 200-Day Marker Till The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland here folks. Today is actually the middle day of our Winter Wonderland. 37 days have passed and 37 days are ahead of us after today. It is 75 days long and today is day 38. Fun fact for you there. Halfway and I have to say it has been fun so far and not terrible at all for a time of year I’m not the biggest fan of usually. We’ll see where we go from here. It’s another Tuesday folks so you get those pictures ready for later today. I’ll have mine ready as well and then we’ll share and have fun posting later today. No matter what I hope you turkey fans are enjoying your day today. Be safe out there. Have fun. Stay warm. Stay positive. And just enjoy the day. Nothing not to enjoy about it. It’s a winter day with spring, summer, autumn, and the holiday season all ahead of us. What could be better than having all of that to look forward to? Nothing in my mind. Happy February Mid-Week! Today folks we have 288 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 266 days to go until November, and 205 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be the 200-Day Marker Till The Bers and it will be 5 days from now folks. That’s not this week though so don’t sweat it. Then again how can you sweat in the Winter Wonderland portion of the year? Kind of hard to. Lets look at today’s Weekly Wednesday Poll!

How do you feel about having a Mini-Thanksgiving this year?​

Can I vote for "A", twice? I'm absolutely having one this year. I can't wait! And I can't wait for Super Bowl weekend 2024 because we for sure are going to have an "actual" Thanksgiving Dinner on that day! Football on TV just like the "real thing"

I think we will def have a mini thanksgiving if I can find a turkey. All I have seen are turkey breasts.

I'm going with B here. I like the idea but Michelle would not. With it being just the two of us, it's a lot of work. She feels once a year is enough and I'm not going to push it.
