DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 158
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 97
Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Today folks we have 180 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 158 days to go until November, and 97 days remaining until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Thursday which will be the Arrival of June. It should be fun to see that amazing month arrive. That will begin the 3 hardcore summer months (that most of us consider at least). And just on time it looks like it will heat up here by then. My a/c is working though. And I hope yours is too as we move along the very early stages of our Summer Sweatfest. You may need the a/c this summer quite a bit. Even if it’s not overly oppressive this summer (which we hope it’s not) just like you need heat in any winter you need a/c in any summer most likely. Now we continue our own 3-day weekend here in this thread but it’s not the same exact one that most people are thinking about this weekend (Sat – Mon). We do it here (Fri – Sun) every single weekend as we quiet things down a bit. And we prepare for the fun that is to come. But let’s stay here on the weekend and enjoy our holiday time, and not forget those who served and sacrificed for all of us. Turkey fans you keep it real here on Memorial Day Weekend. Maybe BBQ a turkey? Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!

Happy Memorial Day Eve! Today folks we have 179 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 157 days to go until November, and 96 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Thursday when we welcome in the Arrival of June. I think most of us really look at that June, July and August as the true Sweatfest. Those 3 months definitely are the hottest months normally like December, January and February are normally the coldest. But we here started our Summer Sweatfest a little early. That’s ok. We can ease into the sweating. I have my a/c working full blast so I’m good and prepared for whatever mother nature will bring us this summer. And I look forward to Memorial Day and our BBQ. But for today it’s Day 3 of our 3-day quiet weekend here. Yet, most of us have Monday off so that’s our work 3-day weekend. For all of you turkey fans keep it real and enjoy your time. And don’t even sweat it. We all know we have the summer really kind of starting this weekend in our minds. Just make sure you’re a/c is working ok. And let’s enjoy summer as much as we can. I’m looking forward to some time off in June and July this summer. Have a great Sunday all my turkey friends and family. Have a great Memorial Day Eve!

Awesome. The 2nd half of the count has begun here. Turkey fans enjoy your day today and remember the importance of today not just the BBQ. We thank everyone who fought for our freedom. Just put some meat on the grill. The kids have a little water slide that is out and they will play on it today. Going to be a super nice day here!

Not a typical Monday-- I usually save my visit to this thread until the end of the day, but it is still a boost to see the weekly count hit 25 and to be closer to this Thanksgiving than last Thanksgiving! I have Good Morning, America on and they had a segment on Memorial Day sales and they mentioned Prime Day and Black Friday, and I knew I they only place I could share my excitement was here! But, I am not rushing anything and I am going to give thanks to all who died while serving our country.
