I figured we'd hear C or D from most people!
In college football, on any given day any given team can beat any other given team. Pros, not so much.C. The football is overrated. To me, that is.
But... There is a college football game that day.

DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 97
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 36
Happy Late July! Today folks we have 119 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 97 days to go until November, and 36 days left until The Bers. It’s Milestone Day folks as we have reached Tom Turkey Day #8! 8 is 2/3 of 12 if you think about that and today we are really 2/3 of the way to Thanksgiving. Pretty insane to think about. But it’s true folks. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest here with Thanksgiving Thought Thursday but before we do our next milestone will be on Tuesday. We have to wait till August Arrives (the final month before The Bers). Let’s look below for our Thanksgiving Thought now here on this Thursday!
2/3 of the way to Thanksgiving really hits me. That’s a big chunk. Different % and milestones make me realize how amazing we are to be in the position we’re in. But this one definitely is a big turning point for me as will be the final one when we reach ¾ (right before The Bers begins).
Milestones are fun and help us enjoy the ride. I always tell people not to rush stuff because it’s true. You have to enjoy where you are now to be able to enjoy where you’ll be when other times of the year arrive. Have a great Late July!

Happy Sweaty TGIF! Today folks we have 118 days to go until Thanksgiving, 96 days remaining until November, and 35 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Tuesday. We will welcome in the Arrival of August. It will be huge folks to begin the FINAL month until The Bers. That’s crazy. But we still have lots of time this summer to enjoy. 5 weeks until The Bers. Plenty of time. But today folks we move along in our Summer Sweatfest enjoying the summer. But boy the heat/humidity continues to pour on. Will this be the peak of it? Maybe. Maybe not. We’ll find out eventually. We continue here now in our quiet 3-day weekend here. We chill and relax during these days from Friday through Saturday and into Sunday. We like it like that after a long week. I hope all of you turkey fans have had a good week and end it on a great note today here on this Friday. Keep it real turkey fans and enjoy yourselves as much as you can. Not stuffing your face with turkey (although that sounds like fun to me) but just enjoying your summer Friday and thinking about the fun plans you might have for the weekend. It should be a lot of fun but let’s take it one step at a time today and avoid the sweating. Let’s hope we can. Have a great Sweaty TGIF!

Happy Friday! Today is the final day of the mini-heatwave where the heat lingers all day. Yesterday was the hottest day of the summer at 97 degrees, and today will only reach the mid 90's. Tomorrow the heat finally relents in the afternoon and then the temps go off a cliff after that. I hope it stays mild for a while, we MIGHT just be able to cruise all the way into The Bers, but that's a long way and we still have nearly a whole month left. But I can hope. Have a great day!
I am excited we are just a few days away from saying goodbye to July and to say hello to August! We had a thunderstorm with two inches of rain overnight with a lot of wind and some hail, and today the temps are supposed to hit 96-98 so a high chance of more storms popping up. I know this won't be the last round of storms for the summer but I am hoping after this the worst will be behind us.
With the temps we are having, I am definitely ready to say goodbye to those, both weather-wise and countdown!!! LOLOnly 18 days left in the triple digits.
The worst thing would be if it's comfortable/cool for August and then gets hot in September. Kind of like an easy winter coasting through February and then March comes and we get bombarded with a snowstorm and cold/windy weather. If it's going to get hot/humid again let it do it in August.
For a moment I thought you meant the temps...I was going to say that's a lot of 100+ degree days.Only 18 days left in the triple digits.

Today is Saturday. And it’s the weekend. And it’s Day 2 of 3 in our quiet weekend here in this thread. And we move along in the true Summer Sweatfest that this summer has been with another hot/humid day here. Changes are coming though. I wonder how they will feel compared to this relentless humidity. And we move along here with seeing a lot of football training camps in late July. I really do love this month of July. It’s one of my favorites with CIJ, 4th of July, summer vacation, football training camp and summer. But we move ahead here now down the home stretch of July. I know most people seem to say it’s been a long month. It certainly has felt that way to me as well. Not necessarily in a bad way though. Turkey fans keep it going all weekend long and make sure you stop here to talk to us and tell us your plans for the weekend ahead. Have a great Final July Weekend!
