It's truly amazing how it's creeping up a bit...I think I have to keep my focus on Halloween (which has been my full focus this month)!
Gobble Gobble!
I was just thinking how the way I'm crazy into October and Halloween Season...I'm kind of thankful Thanksgiving isn't in early November. I would have a hard time really giving it the time it deserves!

DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 12
Happy Spooky Sunday! Today folks we move along and see that we have 39 days remaining until Thanksgiving and 12 days to go until November. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our next milestone being the day after tomorrow when we reach the Home Stretch till November. Folks we move along here in our Quiet Weekend Period Part 2 of 2. And tonight I have another Halloween Trail. This one is indoors. We did it two years ago. Last year we didn’t go. It was good but short (like 20 minutes) but pretty intense and fun. And the actors were all really good so we went back this year after missing last year. Other than that this evening I have a quiet day mostly. Just getting stuff done around the house and relaxing some. Is that so bad? I got so much done Saturday and it freed me up toady which is great. Plus, I’m off on Monday. I’ll take that 3-day weekend Bers style. Turkey friends I hope your weekend is going well and that you are enjoying the quiet time in this thread now. I know you love it as much as I do but before you know it we’ll be facing our 5-days of topics going into a brand new Bers week my friend. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our next milestone being the day after tomorrow when we reach the Home Stretch till November. Happy Fall Week! Today folks we move along and see that we have 38 days remaining until Thanksgiving and 11 days to go until November. Our next milestone will be tomorrow when we reach the Home Stretch till November. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with today being Monday and it’s time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. Folks put away that 2nd hand because we now only need 1 hand. And that is that we have 5 weeks until Thanksgiving Week. My goodness. I remember when it was 50 and now we’re down to 5? Well friends at least we have a full hand left of weeks so that means lots of autumn fun still in front of us in October and November. Turkey friends I hope your week is getting off to a good start. And I wish the best for you and your family this week. Best to you and yours. Keep that gobbling attitude going and staying positive today. It’s a great time of year so I hope you are all going to have a lot of fun. And also just enjoy the time you have here being in October. Good ol’ Martinelli’s. A Thanksgiving staple. I’ve got to pick up a few bottles when my Walmart finally catches up.
I’m sorry…I love Thanksgiving season, but I don’t feel like I’ve had my fill of Halloween yet. Maybe this week will change that. Then I can focus on Thanksgiving.
That being said, over the weekend I did confirm our Thanksgiving plans for this year. My family’s side will be celebrating a few days early on Saturday, November 23rd, and we’re meeting at my brother’s house. This is because he has to work on Thanksgiving Day and because we’ll be in full Disney-prep mode on Black Friday, so we can’t meet then. We’ll still have our usual celebration for my wife’s side on Thanksgiving Day itself.
That being said, over the weekend I did confirm our Thanksgiving plans for this year. My family’s side will be celebrating a few days early on Saturday, November 23rd, and we’re meeting at my brother’s house. Our next milestone has arrived folks as we have reached the Home Stretch till November. Incredible. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our next milestone arriving the day after tomorrow already. We will have our FINAL Tom Turkey Day before Thanksgiving. Does that make you gobble or what? Turkey friends it’s Tuesday so I ask all of you to get up some great pictures to post of everything Fall/Thanksgiving related. I look forward to seeing them and I will be back later to try to post some as well. Turkey friends I can’t believe where we are right now. I’m loving October so much and yet look what also is starting to approach? Turkey Season. Wow. And then Christmas Season after that? No wonder The Bers are by far still the best. Not even a close second (sorry winter, spring, and summer). Now I hope all of you are doing well turkey friends and enjoying your week so far. It’s been an incredible journey through the first half of The Bers so far. And we still have the entire 2nd half of it well in front of us which is great news for turkey lovers. Gobble Gobble. Every year on The Big 3 holidays I feel like I haven't had "enough", which is why I'm so grateful for the MMC special days. The big holidays are the main course, and the special days are like the extra desserts. Just enough to tide you over until the "next one".
