As much as I'd like to think that, it was just old. We inherited it from my parents, so it already had a lot of hours on it before it came to us. I guess it finally reached its limit.
Ordered last week and it will arrive today.

Wow, already at 44 weeks and only 11 days left until we break into the 200s. And that's the last 300s count in this thread! Is it just me or is time going fast without me even trying to speed things up? I've been committed to living in the present this year, and yet time still slips away.
Thankfully, there's still plenty of time until Thanksgiving. I want to savor that magical week.

Happy Monday everyone! Hope everybody survived the weekend. We are chilling at 16° and blue skies. I made ribs yesterday since briskets are pretty much untouchable in price. I saw some at $65.00 for 1/2 a brisket and it was only for the point, and they looked bad. I bought 7 racks for the same price.
I think this is the fastest January I can recall. It is better than it feeling endless but does feel a bit weird.
Its already felt quite long to me. The whacky weather has alot to do with it.
Sorry it is slow for you @Christmaswarlock, I am with @DecemberisComing, this month has gone by quickly for me.

Happy Just January! Today folks we have 310 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 283 days to go until November, and 222 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Thursday which is the day after tomorrow. It will be Tom Turkey Day #2. But friends we move along in our Winter Wonderland feeling better as the temps at least go back to normal and a little above. Much warmer weather is in front of us but not today. Still a chilly one. But it’s January. We have lots of time for warmer weather and even hotter weather in front of us this year. And then that amazing Bers weather too. But friends it’s Tuesday so it’s time to move on to Picture Tuesday. It’s an amazing time where we are right now my friends. Thank you for being on this site with me and with me for the duration of this thread. And help us celebrate this Tuesday as you all know how we love to do this time of year by posting pictures of Autumn/Thanksgiving. Anything that will make us feel warmer than this cold winter weather many of us have been having lately. Turkey friends enjoy your Tuesday. And thanks for being on this site and in this thread. We all greatly appreciate you being here having fun with us on a daily basis. Have a great Just January!

Remember when he would give a turkey leg to the MVP of the Thanksgiving Day game? He was fun to listen to.
For people my age, John Madden was the voice of their childhood. And his Madden video games taught football to an entire generation. If Thanksgiving has a hall of fame, I think he would be a first ballot inductee.
Can't wait to be below 300. That is an attitude changer for me! But first, the first TTD of the year.
