Thanksgiving 2024 Thread

I tackled my yard work during the work week too and took advantage of temps in the 70s, today is going to be 89 so I am glad I did! Maybe I'll tune in to some football!

Our high is 86 today and I was thinking it was cool (and it is compared to the mid-90s). When I was doing yardwork, the wind was really blowing so it felt cooler.

DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 68
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 7
Happy Late August! Today folks we move along and see that we have 95 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 68 days left until November, and 7 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest folks with our next milestone being 1 week from today when we arrive HOME. That’s how I will put it today my friends. It’s amazing to think about. I hope you are all doing well in our Quiet Weekend Period Part 2. I’m going to the baseball game today. Actually I’m going to the pre-game tour this morning and baseball game this afternoon. By evening I’ll be home (early evening) and have a few hours to relax at home which will be beautiful. I like to mix up my weekends as much as I can with busy and not so busy. A good mixture is always best. Turkey friends I hope you are doing well and having a great weekend so far. And I wish you all the best for this Sunday. I always preach it maybe but taking one day at a time is key and although we’re all excited for The Bers to begin we all know that once it starts we can not restart it so enjoy the excitement of the coming week. And we still have the entire Bers Season in front of us. That is really truly a blessing my friends. Gobble Gobble. Have a great Late August!

I'm so excited for the upcoming week....so excited that we have gone under 100 days to Thanksgiving...which means that my time spent next weekend on a few lists and items start getting from the store isn't too crazy.

Happy Final Week Of August! Today folks we move along and see that we have 94 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 67 days to go until November, and 6 days left until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest in the final week of it with our next milestone arriving on Sunday. Gee do you know what that is? It’s this little thing called the Arrival of September. Believe it or not friends The Bers will begin on Sunday. I don’t know how else to say that to you but that is absolutely amazing. It’s beyond amazing. It’s exciting. We start of our week here with our weekly feature on Mondays with our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. It stands at 13 weeks friends. We are starting the 4th quarter today. How exciting is that? But don’t get nervous cause we still haven’t even touched The Bers so all of the Autumn fun and amazing times of The Bers are still in front of us my friends. Turkey friends you all rule. And I hope your Monday is ruling too. I wish you the best today to start off your week. No peeking ahead to anything. Just enjoy today and have fun.
