I made a huge order of non-perishable groceries from Publix. The order was so huge, I had to use Instacart, even though my Publix is 1/4 mile away. So now I have most of my meats for Thanksgiving (except the turducken and turkey breast) in the freezer and all of my dry goods for recipes in my kitchen. I actually put the flour, sugar, peanut butter, nuts, and chocolate in my spare walk-in closet since I didn't want to overflow the kitchen cabinets. I have two hams from a grass fed company I buy all my beef and chicken from and there are two tenderloin roasts and tons of frozen seafood. I had already refreshed my spices so the orders of dairy, etc. will be easy to get for the three big meals I'll do in November.
I'm really having a ton of fun planning these meals.
Between that and Santa's Elves use Amazon, I'm going to have a busy November and December.
