Happy Thanksgiving Eve Eve! Today folks we move along and see that we have 2 days remaining until Thanksgiving. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our destination arriving the day after tomorrow. It will be Thanksgiving. Enough said. It’s Tuesday folks to time for our Picture Day for the final time in this thread (but don’t worry it has been renewed for another year in the 2026 thread). Picture Day has become a staple and something we enjoy posting pictures of all year long. It gives you a chance to really take in the sights of the fall season. Thanks to everyone for contributing on Tuesdays here. I feel that I became more of a spectator than a contributor, but I will make it my resolution to start contributing more on Tuesdays. The best to you my turkey friends as we move along into a new day here. I hope your Monday went ok and that you are ready for Tuesday. It should be a fun one and the best to you my friends. We are almost there. It’s hard to believe but tomorrow is my favorite workday of the year. I’m looking forward to it as well. Gobble Gobble my friends as we move along into Tuesday. TWO DAYS BEFORE TURKEY DAY!!!



We actually have both on Thanksgiving day but this I thought was funny!

Today is my last day of work for the rest of the week! Have a great day!

I love having this week off. It is such a special time of year for me. I'm so thankful for my family and friends, which includes all of you.

This morning I'm in the process of making turnip, acorn squash, and mashed potatoes. A lot of baking and steaming going on in my kitchen. It's already 70 degrees outside and we're having a beautiful, sunny day.

Every year it seems that I change what I put in my mashed potatoes. This year it will be: Yukon gold, butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt & pepper. If they are dry, I'll add some sour cream.

There are also so many ways to make yummy acorn squash, but today I'll stick to an easy one. Mash them up with a little maple syrup and butter.

• I’m going to be alone on this one I’m sure but I’m going with A. Going to work on Thanksgiving Eve has become very special to me over the years. We have traditions with people I’ve been working with for a long time. And it feels like a hang out on Thanksgiving Eve at work. A very special day. Have a great Thanksgiving Eve!​

I would say evening...we have pizza, I make my stuffing and we set everything up for the big meal.

I would say evening. I am working today so that eliminates the morning. It will be pizza tonight with a meat and cheese tray.
