Happy February Arrives! Today folks we move along and see that we have 299 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 273 days left until November and 212 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with a Milestone Day today as February has arrived. Indeed, there is no more January with us again folks until after another Bers Season and Thanksgiving/Holiday Season. Amazing. Our next milestone will be the 200-Day Marker till The Bers. It will be in a dozen days. Talk about a big one. The Bers count never has a 3 in it but the fact that it won’t have a 2 in it after that point is almost crazy. Turkey friends the best to you as we begin our Quiet Weekend Period Part 1 of 2. I hope your week went well. And I hope you all will have a great weekend. The best to you and yours. I hope everyone is doing well. We are having a laid-back weekend here, which I am happy for. That’s a good way for us to start February. I hope it will be a great February for all of you. Lots to look forward to like the Superbowl, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day and some brighter evenings slowly starting to appear. Turkey friends I hope you are all enjoying the start to your weekend and that you enjoy to the most possible amount you can. Have a great February Arrives!​
 
Woohoo!!! No more 3s. It's not quite time to start thawing out the turkey, but I'll take less than 300 days right now.

Everything feels better when you have a count that is in the 200's. I know it is "unscientific", but I swear that time flows different! Let's enjoy these 200's for a while :)

Happy Groundhog Day! Today folks we move along and see that we have 298 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 272 days left until November and 211 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone being in 11 days. It will be when we reach the 200-Day Marker till The Bers. It’s the 2nd half of our Quiet Weekend Period and I hope all of you are enjoying your quiet weekend in this thread so far. Definitely good to have some quiet after a very busy week here. And I know most of you probably had a very busy week as well. Turkey friends the best to you here as we move along into another Sunday. And this is the first one of February. And today is Groundhog Day as the introduction mentioned. What will your local groundhog predict today? 6 more weeks of winter or an early spring? No matter what we all know we have some winter to go as we are only about halfway through the winter season officially. But I do know it feels good to be in February. Was telling my friends that yesterday. I think it just feels like such a step up from January. Like you’re in winter still with plenty of time to go but you’re kind of out of the ultimate doldrums. Turkey friends I hope you are well and enjoying your weekend as much as you can. Have a great Groundhog Day!​
 
I went to Home Depot today to get another small load of pellets. It feels like snow outside. I like Home Depot for pellets, but I give Lowes the edge on their outside garden center. I have to make a trip over there in the next few days. I always like being there in February because you can literally feel Spring coming on when you look at the empty racks ,things moved around, etc... They will put their new lawn mowers out soon, that is always exciting.

That's kind of where we are right now, just waiting for signs of Spring. Hoping not to hit any winter doldrums in the time that is left!

Happy Superbowl Week! Today folks we move along into a brand new week with our counts looking as follows: 297 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 271 days left until November and 210 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone arriving in 10 days. It will be the 200-Day Marker till The Bers. That’s going to be really interesting if you ask me. Turkey friends it’s Monday so time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. It stands at 42 weeks now. That means we’ve gone through 10 weeks now since our full 52-week count started. Pretty crazy huh? From Thanksgiving till now is 10 weeks. Does it seem that long? I think so. I think it seems even longer actually. But not in a bad way. Turkey friends I hope your Monday treats you well and that you have some fun Superbowl Weekend Party Plans ahead of you. But no matter what we must try to focus on today and make the most of this Monday. I have a 4-day weekend planned for President’s Day so these next 2 weeks I will look forward to that for sure. Turkey friends I hope you had a good weekend. Thanks as always for joining this thread. Without all of you this thread would not exist and that is the absolute truth. The 200 day marker looms large. It will feel good to be able to be that "close" to The Bers again. Especially with us having some warm weather this first week of February, I'm sure at times it will feel like both September and October. It should be good for feeling some feels! Have a great day!
 
Happy Monday! Today is the first Monday that I have been able to conjure daydreams of Thanksgiving Week since November, I think planning for the Super Bowl might have helped!

Happy February Fury! Today folks we move along and see that we have 296 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 270 days left until November and 209 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone arriving in 9 days. It will be 200 Day Marker till The Bers. That will be huge. We move along on this Picture Day Tuesday with everyone about to post their pictures of Fall and Thanksgiving. At least that is what I am hoping for. Turkey friends I hope your week is going well so far even though it’s still early in the week. Lots of excitement builds this week for football fans and fans of just Superbowl Parties. But right now, we just focus on our Tuesday and all the pictures we share here in this thread. I hope everyone is enjoying the early part of their February so far. So far pretty good here so can’t complain but check out the Hang Out if you want to read about jinxes. February used to be my jinx month. Now I’m just thankful to be here today and make the most of each day that I can through the good, the bad and the ugly (but mostly the good thankfully). Turkey friends we don’t want to be jinxed on Thanksgiving Day, do we? No, we don’t. We just want turkey, stuffing, gravy and all the stuff we love. Have a great February Fury!​
 
Missing my holiday drinks from Starbucks! I honestly would really love a Pumpkin Spice Latte right now, but I think I'm going to hold off on getting one until we make it to Spooky Spring. Holly can make a pretty good home-made version with our machine here. She uses the same syrups that Starbucks does!

Still a little over a week until that 200 day marker, but it is going to feel awesome when it gets here! It should be sort of a mini motto across these threads - "No more 300's", being a constant goal, etc..
