DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 345
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 319
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 258

Happy 2nd Half Of December! Today folks we move along and see that we have 345 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 319 days left until November, and 258 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Happy Holidays with our next 2 milestones being back to back. That would be on Christmas Day when we reach the 250-Day Marker till The Bers followed the very next day by Tom Turkey Day #1. It’s going to be a big back to back milestone combination. Turkey friends it is Tuesday so it’s time for Picture Day. That’s right. In school maybe you didn’t love picture day. I remember not liking it in grammar school. Comb your hair the right way. Straighten your tie. Smile. Ugh. Pictures weren’t my thing as a kid. But now as an adult I love pictures (at least pictures of Autumn and Thanksgiving). So let’s post some great pictures of the season we are just officially leaving (autumn) which ends on Saturday as we transition to winter. My favorite season. Ok not quite. But that’s a big turning point again because we begin our 3-season journey back to autumn. Turkey friends I hope you are doing well this Tuesday and getting into the holiday spirit big time now. Turkey friends the best to you my gobbling friends. Woo Woo. Have a great 2nd Half Of December!

Truthfully, I feel like I left autumn behind after Thanksgiving ended, but it also hasn’t been cold enough here to feel like winter, either. Right now it’s “Christmas Winter,” and “True Winter” will start in January. :D The Texas meteorological weather system is wide and varied.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 344
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 318
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 257

Happy Week Till Christmas! Today folks we move along and see that we have 344 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 318 days left until November, and 257 days to go till The Bers. We move along in our Happy Holidays with our next milestone arriving on Christmas Day. It will be the 250-Day Marker till The Bers. The very next day on Boxing Day it will be our first Tom Turkey Day in this thread. Just magical friends. Isn’t it? I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their week right now. It’s Wednesday my friends so time for this week’s Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

Which day is better? Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day?

  • Thanksgiving Day but it’s close.
  • Christmas Day but it’s close.
  • They’re equal to me so I can’t pick one over the other.
  • I can easily pick which is better (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and it’s not even close.
  • I’m going with A. The reason is very simple. Thanksgiving just starts the holiday season while Christmas Day really ends it. Thanksgiving evening is amazing and exciting and Christmas evening is relaxing but there is a finality feel to it. But it’s close cause Christmas is still absolutely an amazing day and sitting under the tree on Christmas Morning like we’re all 5 years old will never get old to me. Turkey friends I hope you gobble your way through the middle of the week. Have a great Week Till Christmas!

This picture invokes such feels. Looking back to that Autumn one, the picture even got that "glow" correct when you are outside at certain times of the day. OOOOF I miss Fall and "The Fall Bers". If I feel like this now, I hope this isn't a sign that I'm going to have brutal PFHB's / PCB's when Christmas is over. I haven't had horrible ones since about 2016.... Holy cow

It's hard to pick one. I love them both so much. But my answer today is B. And the reason is that Thanksgiving wouldn't mean as much without Christmas. It would be a single-day (or weekend) event and nothing afterward. Christmas makes Thanksgiving so special.

I agree with @Rich’s logic, but I’ve still got to give the nod to Thanksgiving Day, so I’m voting A today. Christmas Eve + Christmas Morning are terrific, but I can’t get past Christmas Afternoon. Thanksgiving Day is entirely bliss from morning to night.

I am A too. It is Thanksgiving currently but I think that could change again in the future easily.

Thanksgiving Day is my favorite one day holiday. Christmas Eve and Day are my top multiple day holiday and Christmas Season is my top holiday season. I will just call the Bers my favorite part of the year to finish off this list.
