I am starting to feel better but my poor little Chico is struggling in this heat with his heart condition. I am trying to pretty much make our house a "freezer" so he can breath better. He has his own little fan that he sleeps in front of so that helps! Our new family member, Maris, is doing very well! All the other babies are fine.
How are all of you and little Harlowe?

Har & I are great, thanks. She had her teeth cleaned & some shots a few weeks ago, and her blood work looked good too.

I whole heartedly agree with this...
Here are my top 10 reasons, for why I hate summer:
- The excess temperatures.
- The excess Humidity.
- The Mosquittos.
- Poison Ivy and related plants...
- Having to cut the grass.
- High Cost to run the AC 24/7.
- high Cost to water the lawn/ plants.
- Bad Storms.
- Extra cleaning of the house, the deck, the porch and the cars due to Pollen.
- Allergies....

Here was the main problem with microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer (both were the problem); there is a box (a window) that can be check to allow for Microsoft windows to do automatic (and critical) updates; however, microsoft labeled their fixes as "Important", and the service pack 1 update was included.
In order to get the progams to run correctly you need to manually go in and select your operating system and then download and install all of the "Important" updates. Which, by default includes the Service Pack 1 and Internet Explorer 9 upgrade and you cannot download and install Internet Explorer 9 without downloading and installing the Microsoft Windows Service Pack 1 first.
It's like who's on first, what's on second.... So, to make a long story a little shorter, I previously had my computer automaticly check for updates and it said I had all the updates... there was the problem. Critical updates, yes...but not the Important updates; ugghhh! They always have to make it so difficult; don't they.... I discovered all of this, via Fort hard knoxs; the hard way and by myself, the IT guys here had no clue...
The other night, I watched The Nightmare before Christmas on the HUB channel.
I have not watched any of the Hallmark channel movies yet or really ever before. However, I did watch a partial one that starred Henry Winkler, it seemed pretty good for the little bit that I watched.

So have put some charcoal on bbq and waiting on it to be ready to cook
Have a nice new wee bird lol well i dont really. its a wee wild bird a little cheeky it comes into the house and helps itself to my parrots food 3 times if you dont mind lol
This is because i forgot to put out the food from my indoor birds food when i change there food eveyday. and the wee bird was reared with all his family and a good few more round my back.lol so guess it was hungrey.
Ok all am away to do a bit of burning on the bbq (hope not) and will talk later , you all take care ~}}

Today, I took Kandice along on my bike tour.....she was a good mail-girl.
We just started when we stood at the traffic lights.....when I suddenly hear Mariah Carey singing.....a CD ....loud in a car.....but no...it was not Without You, Hero or any of her regular hits.........it was

Kandice and I were almost ecstatic.....lol.....I turned around to her with a huuuuge smile and gave her a thumps up........she returned my grin and that whole situation made my day.....
I heard the first Christmas Song of 2013.....on July 10th.....and the best is.....that it was not in my car

Well I just took a pretty good fall on to my dining room floor. I tripped over one of my husbands levels. I feel stupid for not seeing it but there is so much crap all over the place in here, I just didn't notice it. My knee is so swollen. Ugh. I have it iced and elevated. I'm really sick of the work going on in this house. I know you all are probably tired of hearing me complain. I'm sorry, I just need to vent sometimes. It is frustrating. I'm going to try and take a nap for a little while. Maybe the knee will look better later. I can't remember the last time I hurt myself!
