Okay I must admit I'm not getting in the mood for some QVC CIJ. Made and I were just discussing an infamous event and remembering the hilarity yesterday. Now, I'm ready for some new material!

Good Tuesday afternoon, my Christmas friends!
It's been a long couple of days, but Jacob is finally registered for college! It's crazy to think, but here it is. They had a two-day orientation & registration plan, for both kids and parents. I have to say, I was impressed with their willingness to let parents participate. When I was there, we were thrown to the wolves. LOL
Anyway, I'm finally back at work, playing catch-up again.

Oh no! Glad you've got a temporary fix and can save up. Those expenses are ROUGH. We have a support group around here for surprise bills that has met in the past...might have to break it out after my car disaster and now this! YIKES. Hoping for good news as you figure out what's next ITP!
I always feel like you just need a cool shower or to go into an a/c room and you're cooled off pretty fast. But when it's really cold in the north in the winter...you can have 3 sweatshirts on after taking a hot bath and have the heat running and it can still be cold (but then again my house is not the best with insulation of heat).
Hi MMC! Happy Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning. I'm doing okay. Just trying to have a relaxing evening around here. It's certainly warm and I can't wait for the ber months, but I'll make the best of today for now anyways! Can't waste time!

Amen. I'm with you, though. Once I'm hot there's little I can do to cool down. But I'm VERY hot natured! And I live in the wrong state.Sometimes the cold shower or AC takes a longer time for me. The sweatshirts really help me. We each have our own ways, right?
