So glad for him! I swam for our local YMCA, did it all year around; then did it for our high school team. I thought about doing it in college too, but just wanted to focus on my studies, knowing that nursing was a very hard degree. Hope he continues to love it!

I am so glad he is a swimmer, I was forced to take swim in high school as a requirement. I absolutely hate swimming now mainly because of that.

I am waiting on word as to how my new nephew is doing - he is having open heart surgery today. The last update I had, he was doing good. Prayers for him would be appreciated!

Yesterday I ended up getting a migraine so today I am not very energetic. It is very windy and cold out, too, so it is a good day to stay in and work on projects.

Good evening,

Today was a day to forget, I am at my wits end with my job. I ask for help to get caught up and "sling" turkeys, they tell me I can't have any help until 2.5 hours later. That doesn't help the customers that need their stuff at that moment. I had a anxiety attack in my refrigerated stockroom, and punched a box of hams so hard I thought I broke my hand. I was fine. I channeled that anxiety attack energy into putting my delivery away, screaming f-bombs every other word as I was doing it. ( I was alone, if there was someone else around I would have been more appropriate.) I was mad mainly because my 2 direct supervisors have told me they would be there the second I needed help with turkeys and stuff, and they were BOTH there today.
I honestly don't know what kept me from leaving today. I hate that place.

My boys got their haircuts today, they got home a few minutes after I did, my wife let them get little designs into their hair, my oldest had a lightning bolt on both sides of his head, my youngest he had the woman cutting it put a Christmas tree with a star on the back of his head. It is cute, on both of them, hey it was the style in the early 90's, I guess it is coming back.

I'm doing really well Snow how about you? I was hoping to get the last of the leaves this weekend but the forecast is not very promising. I have a friend in Springfield who has been really sick so I'm planning to go down to visit with her. Of course I will be rooting for the Lions to take down Pittsburgh on Sunday.
