No, it's not.
Our heat quit working for two winters in a row, we managed to get it fixed w/in 24 hours, but it gets cold quickly!
Scary.

Thanks snowflake22...No movie tonite buddy we are catching upon stuff that we recorded over the Festive season..My wife is a Dr who fan so we have the christmas day episode to catch up on and some comedies on new years eve to watch...How about you?

With the MLK Day holiday tomorrow, we probably won't have any more info until Tuesday at the earliest. But we've been talking about the possibilities all weekend. We've got everything crossed, too!

If he lands a full-time job, we'll have a good chance of going to the MMC get-together in Pennsylvania next October. I will be upset if I have to miss that. So many people I want to meet! And I could piggyback it onto a trip back to where I grew up.

Edge...its still 70% off here too. Been waiting for em to hit 85%. I offered the Super of a local
store 100.00 buxs for the rest of his Christmas inventory...he thought on it but didnt give in. They have to have at least 500 stockings and hats alone..still got a ton of stuff left there.

Between the Christmas stuff leftovers in the stores and the Christmas lights (including my own) that are still lit it's helping me through the January doldrums.

e_xander, how's that calf? I hope that keeping everything crossed didn't bring that on.

Thanks to several of you for the heads-up about a possible storm in the Northeast next weekend. Will have to keep an eye on that one, as cold air is supposed to move in and stay for a while.

Getting a few useful things done today---laundry, updating addresses from Christmas cards---while fighting the impulse to just hit the sofa with some tea, watch TV, and crochet. Also want to continue digitizing some LPs while I have the time.
