Oh - and my phone rang at 7am this morning, it was a call from Moms house. I thought "oh no, mom fell!!" That wasn't it at all, it was moms Amish lady: "This is Mandy, would you like me to bake you a pie today?" :D:D:D She also said she had already made a batch of fresh salsa this morning, but she needed a bell pepper. So I dropped one off on my way to work & I got to try the salsa - absolutely delish! :) And the pies were in the oven...smelled so good in there! :) That's not a bad way to start the day!

I didn't see much Hallmark at all last night. It was so nice outside! Neighbors stopped over, my niece & her hubby stopped over on their new bicycles. I went to moms... the night flew!

It sounds like you had a FUN night visiting ;)

I had Hallmark on, but never had a chance to sit down and watch it. The girls kept me busy until bedtime! :)

It's been a busy week, and it's only going to get busier. Elizabeth's play starts tomorrow night for four nights, and I'm ready to see her on stage again!

We also got notification from the University that Jacob made the Dean's List again! We're so proud of the way he's taken his education so seriously, and still manages to have a good time!

Our company allows us work anniversary gifts every 5 years, and this year I got a 65" TV LOL. It's HUGE! I put it in the living room yesterday, and Nancy says it's too big. No way! It's staying!

And to you!! Wow, that tv must look amazing. Just think of how great that all of the sci-fi shows, scary movies, and Christmas movies will look on a big screen :D

IKR! Mandy brought 2 cases of peaches out & they are delicious!! Jim ate 3 of them yesterday. LOL! I know the pie will be delish, but I'm more excited about the salsa! :D

"One of them nights!" I had it on too, just wasn't in the house much! Hopefully tonight we'll catch some of it!

it got nice and cool last night making it great for sleeping.

Wanted to share some pictures but my computer is refusing to load them from my camera card. If I can figure it out I will share them later.

Still waiting to pick up my daughters car, getting kind of frustrating with all the delays. But I guess better to have it all done now than have it back in the shop again in a few months. (I am not very good at waiting )

I would be, too!! Once you start on chips and salsa, it's hard to stop :P

Merry Pines Day!!

Hope your day is going well!

Harlowe & Jazzie had fun patrolling the deck last night. They like to watch the people/dogs walking by on the path behind us. So ferocious =]

It was such a nice morning here, 50's and sunshine. Felt Autumnal! Only 45 days until the 'Bers. Can't wait to decorate!!

Adrian comes home this evening, the girls and I will be happy to have him back. He had a great time with his Dad, and our nephew Reid at the game.

A quiet morning here, but my work afternoon will be busy.
