Hello Halloween Fans! I wish you a good Thursday afternoon. We have another beautiful day here. I say it everyday until I can't. What can I say? Another 80 degree sunny day here. I'm enjoying the warmer ones this time of year knowing they won't be around forever. Happy Halloween!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Friday to you all!

Rich pointed out yesterday that our "Days to Halloween Season" was off by one day, so I have corrected above. I'm glad he looks out for the counts! It takes a village here - if anybody ever sees something else that looks off/wrong or wants something added, etc., just tell me! This is everybody's thread, I just post the daily counts.

I'm off work today, I am working on raised beds in the back yard and have a lot of dirt to move around. It will make the weekend feel longer!

We went out on a date last night and popped by bath and body works. I picked up some Halloween wallflowers but I was surprised to see not very much of a "Halloween" section, relegated to one small corner. The main display and scents, etc., were of Disney's "Evil Queen" line of stuff. Yuck.

Hello Halloween Fans! I come to you from another sunny location (the same one I've been in continuously). We are having our company BBQ this afternoon. It should be fun, but I have a lot to do so I'm trying to juggle here without dropping too many balls. Happy Halloween!

I had a lot of running around today and I saw multiple houses decorated for Halloween, including one that couldn't have fit anymore in their yard there were no many.

Good Morning Pumpkin People! The 2nd to last day of Summer is now here!

It really looks like I'll be putting up the "Halloween Lights" on the bushes this coming weekend, as we prepare for the arrival of October.

Obviously the big change on the counts will be moving into single digit territory TOMORROW towards our last remaining JOL Day of 2025, and of course on Monday we are officially in Spooky Season. We will be down to THREE main counts then, and will be losing another count in roughly a week from there!

I need to get my outside Halloween stuff up, but I think I may wait until next weekend. We have a pretty packed weekend here and I have a three day weekend next weekend. I am enjoying the fall only decor too.

Today is another hot day, but relief is on the way. Some much needed rain will be coming this week and we finally will get back into the 70s.

I am hoping to do more decorating today and tomorrow. We also need to get some more movies watched.

Hello Halloween Fans! We have another beautiful day today. It's a little cooler but still it's near 70. I don't think anyone will complain about 70 degrees ever unless you just love very hot or very cold weather. I am good with 70. Happy Halloween!

And then there was one. ONE day left until Halloween Season / Spooky Season officially begins tomorrow. And Summer will be resting for the next 273 days. We've now also officially entered single digit territory on our way to the final JOL Day of 2025.

Tomorrow we will enter single digits towards October (!!!), and also enter into the 30's on the countdown to Halloween. If we felt like time might be moving slightly fast in September, I have an awful feeling it's going to feel greased when we get to October and beyond.

Sorry I've been away this week. Lots going on in the Escalation household, mostly work, but also been preparing for our Halloween trip. My excitement for Spooky Season is at a fever pitch.

Just started back up my Disney+ subscription so we can watch Hocus Pocus again this year.

So far, there are only two houses on my work commute with their Halloween decorations out but after the break in the heat this weekend I am looking forward to seeing how many more have popped up over the weekend!

Today we are getting the inside Halloween decorations up. We have talked about doing a few times but always run out of time. But today, we agreed must be the day. So after the early football game is over (I have to watch my Browns, though they will likely lose to the Packers), we will get the decorations up.
