• Operation Christmas Cheer
1. Gathering with family
2. Turkey
3. Mashed potatoes
4. Pumpkin pie
5.. Watching parade
I didn't even notice Gathering with family. I just figured that was a given.

Congrats on getting Aaron Rodgers! Lots of buzz about the Jets now and I sort of feel like this is when the Jets got Brett Favre, I remember how exciting that was and everybody talking about it on the radio on the days following the signing.

Tom Turkey day is coming our way! I can't believe on Thursday marks the 5th one that we have done!

Have a great day!
And this news MAY have implications on Thanksgiving as I've heard rumors the Jets might play at Dallas on Thanksgiving. They are playing them in Dallas this year and with Rodgers being there it makes sense to maybe put them on. Not sure how I feel about my team being on Thanksgiving. And I'm a Lions fan on Thanksgiving.

Happy Tuesday all! Well we get the big plane at 6 am tomorrow. Next stop is Chicago and then Seattle with a big layover before the flight to Anchorage. Then its a flight to Fairbanks and piper cub trip. I have my Starlink setup which the outfitter is buying off me afterwards so I should be able to post a few pics of the countryside.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 211
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 189
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 128

Happy Wacky Wednesday! Today folks we have 211 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 189 days to go until November, and 128 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone comes TOMORROW folks on Thursday. We’ll be enjoying a big milestone with Tom Turkey Day #5. Now we move along in our Super Spring loving April with today’s Weekly Wednesday Poll below.

What’s your favorite Non-Thanksgiving November Week?

  • First Week of November (freshness of it + leftover Halloween).
  • 2nd Week of November (getting closer to Thanksgiving but not too close yet).
  • 3rd Week of November (The Week Before Thanksgiving).
  • I really don’t care about any other week in November other than Thanksgiving.
  • My answer is C. I think most of us probably will answer that. The “Week Before” is amazing but I will say it’s VERY close for me with A being right behind C. Being such a big Halloween Fan I really love early November and enjoying all the leftover feeling of it, candy on sale, etc. What about you? What’s your choice? Keep it going turkey fans mid-week style. Have a great Wacky Wednesday!

This one is a no-brainer for me. The first week of November because everything is "Christmas Season" now everywhere, and I always enjoy those first couple days that I like to call the "Halloween Hangover". It's a calm, peaceful time mentally that first week because I am no longer missing Halloween or Halloween Season, it's Christmas Season now and that powerful feeling takes me just about all of the way through December.

Have a great day!

Easy choice here. The first week of November. That is the start of the Christmas season and when I start listening to Christmas music every day (if I haven't already started). My excitement level is thru the roof. November and December are my happy place and time.

Well we arrived in Anchorage after a over booked flight change. We couldnt get a flight from Ohare to Anchorage at all. We arrived this morning and was told we would be getting 3 seats direct to Anchorage. No layovers. No TSA and their filth. Best of all our bows and firearms stayed snug as a bug in a rug..lol. Now its turkey sub time.
