Thanksgiving 2025 Thread

My Thanksgiving is getting more complicated in a good way. Since my niece and her husband will be here I'm planning three main meals culminating in Thanksgiving. I have a spreadsheet broken down into the food for each meal and the ingredients I will need to get. I already have the meats and fish either in my freezer or set to deliver the Monday before Thanksgiving. Each meal will be plenty big for leftovers the next day.
There will be desserts available for the whole month of November. I hope I don't eat too much as I eat only fruit for dessert except for special occasions, but I do love desserts.
I've been organizing and cleaning my kitchen cabinets. Fortunately, I have a big kitchen with lots of storage. I made a trip to the church thrift shop this morning with things I no longer use and need. That gave me extra storage which will be filled up with things I only use during the holidays. Good excuse to deep clean my kitchen.

It’s Monday folks so we begin a brand-new week with our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. It stands at 7 weeks now. That’s crazy. Lucky #7. I hope it is lucky for us and that you all enjoy your Monday. Make the most of the start of a new week. I hope this week is a good one. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned October Week. It’s Tuesday folks and that means it is time for Picture Day. Let’s all post pictures of our favorite season (Autumn) and our favorite holiday (Thanksgiving).
